We have created a "Renting Guide" and "Questions & Answers" section to assist you in finding your new accommodation.

Once you have found suitable accommodation and wish to go ahead with renting one of our properties, the following will be required:

1. Completed Tenancy Application Form
2. Proof of earnings (source of income and/or completed guarantor form for students) and references are required.
3. We may ask you if we can apply to a Credit Referencing Agency, LETsure, for a detailed financial and rental history check.

Once we are happy with the above information, we can then continue with the following:

1. Signing tenancy agreements
2. We require a deposit (1 months rent), 1 months rent paid in advance and an administration fee of £50 (students excempt) for inventories, preparation of the tenancy agreement and taking up references.
3. During this time we shall also produce an Inventory for property.
